That’s Torn it

I have taken a little time to start this piece, let’s just say the week end didn’t go well.

Those that race will know the kind of day. Your up the weather is great your feeling great. You get to the venue early steady preride. Course is great. It’s at Hadleigh the venue for the Olympic MTB in 2012

Whistle blows your off still feeling great.

That’s how Sunday’s round 4 of Mud Sweat and Gears and the regional champs started for me.

With all the big guns at there own respective regional races the field was just the eastern guys (and Ant White)

So the whistle blew of we set up the first climb I settle into 4th behind Dan Howe, Nick Ainsworth and Ant. And the pace is good I’m with them but below all out dribbling that normally occurs in the first five minutes of these things…
